It should be pretty obvious by now that this site is about the Shark Steam Pocket Mop. I have had one for a while now and really liked it. However, I know from personal experences that not all As Seen On TV products are created equally. Often times these late night advertised products are total junk and a waste of money. I realize that some people have not been as happy with their Shark Steam Mop as I have been so I wanted a place where people could tell their experences as well. I hope that you find this site helpful and return the favor by leaving your experiences on the comments section.
The first Shark Steam Mop took the world by storm a few years ago. Euro-pro is back with an update to their very popular As Seen On TV mop. They have made a number of improvements of their first steam mop including a longer cord, bigger water tank, and doubled the size of the cleaning surface. The Shark Steam Pocket mop(pocket because the cleaning head is reversible) has had great success so far with many people writing positive reviews for it. However, others have not been so lucky…

HELP, HELP, HELP!!!! I am very upset since I have purchased the older model of The Shar k Steam Mop!!!! It is still under warranty and the mop will not steam, the power light comes on but no steam. I have cleaned it with vinegar as the manufacture request, still will not steam or clean. I have tried to call the 800 # and it just rings and rings, I have contacted Fix ya .com but they want $ $ $ to give you and answer to why it does not work. I think I just need t order the fuse to fix it. I have also e-mailed Shark on their site and have gotten no response!!!! This is sad and poor business on their part! I plan to tell everyone I know and have already told many not to purchase due to the poor response if there is a problem. I am going to contact Consumer Services now!!! Please help me if you know how to contact them to get a new one ofr the fuse as it is still under warrenty!!!! Thanks Cynthia A Friesema cfries03@hotmail.com

IN SEPTEMBER 2009 I SAW A INFOMERCIAL ON THE STEAM POCKET MOP I CALL THE NUMBER AND THEY TOOK ALMOST 200.00 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND ITS MARCH, I STILL DON’T HAVE MY PRODUCT EVERY TIME I CALL I GET THE SAME EXPLANATION. ” IT WAS SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS BUT WILL SEND IT OUT AGAIN!” PLEASE HELP ME!!!
